We all want to become or remain healthy and live long productive lives. The purpose of our website is to encourage men and women over 65 to increase their lifespans and exercise together. On the beaches of Nahariya, we have created this EASY 4-part system – Each Sunday through Thursday, all year long:
1) 6:45 am boardwalk biking to the Gorilla playground near Ein Sarah,
2) 8:00 am 30 lap swim at the gym near the pier.
COFFEE ON WAY HOME! HEALTHY LUNCH, BREAK & REST
3) 3:30 pm we walk Barefoot on the sands near the lifeguard stands of Hameyasdim beach…
READ & WRITE JOURNAL WITH HEALTHY LIFESTYLE PLANS FOR NEXT DAY!
4) At 7:00 pm walking stick stroll to digest our dinner properly, to stretch our upper backs and calves while we breathe Mediterranean salt air from Henrietta Szold to Kaplan and back home…
In our first morning activity, we’ll bike together from “the Big Sails” below on our Gaton to the Gorilla playground 20 minutes south.
Upon return each morning to the Sails area, the group will stop at Rothschild Cafe for coffee and schmooze.
At 3 pm all summer long we’ll walk barefoot around the “I Love Na Ha Ria” beach circling both lifeguard stations at the bottom of Haymeyasdim street in Naharia.
Evening walk at 7 pm after dinner is a “digestive” stroll with walking stick polls. North from the sails towards the Hofadekel shopping area on the boardwalk, near these umbrellas and benches to rest: We return home by way of the Sails again, watching the sunset…
Requirements; simple bicycle, walking sticks, towel, water bottle, 20 Shekels for coffee in the morning
